| the best of 2009: real moments | 01.04.2010 |
Continuing on with the best of 2009, here are a few of my favorite "real moments' of the past year. Of course I love shooting my relaxed portraits, and I take pride in capturing some amazing details, but the real moments are what really motivate me. It's the unposed, unplanned moments that just happen. They are moment that would have happened whether I was there or not, and the subjects are usually not even aware of my presence (due to my awesome ninja skills). Whether it's a little look the couple gives each other, or the emotion that that is written all over someone's face, or the split second moment that only happens once in a lifetime... I love capturing these genuine moments. These are the kinds of photos that people don't forget.
