| Jessica Claire is married | 10.07.2009 |
Yesterday I attended a wedding as a guest for only the second time in the last 10 years. It was a gorgeous ceremony that took place in Napa Valley and it wasn't just another wedding for me. It was the wedding of an old flame... the one and only Jessica Claire. It can be a little awkward watching an ex get married (I've shot several wedding of my exes), but to be honest, yesterday was really an awesome day and I wouldn't have missed it for the world.
I am fortunate to still have a very close relationship with Jessica, both personally and professionally, and I have also been developing a nice friendship with her now husband Jeff. He is an awesome guy and I couldn't be happier for the both of them. They truly are perfect together and I was stoked to witness such a beautiful ceremony and incredible celebration.
It was a picture perfect day and even though I wasn't the official photographer, I did bring my camera to shoot a few relaxed portraits of my dear friend Jessica. She was an absolute vision and looked like a million dollars real money. Jeff is a very lucky guy and I wish them many years of happiness together.
Jessica asked the plethora of photographers from who attended her wedding not to post images until she got back from her honeymoon, so you are going to have to wait a week or so for the rest of the images, and trust me, they are going to be epic! The location was out of this world and the details were beyond fabulous, but you are going to have to wait a bit to see them. Here are a few of the bridal portraits I shot of her, posted with special permission of course.
