CReid Hey Becker
I like how your mind works. I break out my thoughts the same way then I save it electronically using Mindjet MindMapping. It works for me...just a suggestion. Keep inspiring us photogs!!!

Karen Lisa This is a really cool chart. I have been blogging since about 1996 starting with my personal blog at siren.org (still in existence), long before it was called blogging, and I think it'd be super cool to make a chart like this for myself as well and see quite how far it would reach since I have been involved with the internet for such a long time. Thanks, Becker.

Rhett Olson Interesting exercise; I've not thought to break it down like that. I think there is value in seeing the mess that it is so you can tighten things up and maximize the value of your online efforts. I think I'll break out a pen and some paper to do the same thing.

Tira J Hi Becker. Thanks for sharing this. I feel the same way, and probably need to write it out like you have. Now, the question is, with all of this web presence, what do you suggest we do about it? I know one thing I am going to do is to update all of my contact information, brand, etc. because I am launching my new Infinet & PickPic sites in a few weeks. Consistency is key! Yay!

Deena It's so weird you post this - I was just doing the same and looking at showit sites myself. Trying to figure out how to get myself out from under the thumb of one of DJ's competitors!

steve You need an IT architect, my friend! You need to to create a functional view of your systems environment, and create logical groupings (e.g. Sales, marketing, communication, E-Learning, Integration, Database Master, Partners, Extranet, etc...) to better manage your properties. You will be able to sort and arrange in order or strategic value to your business, and more easily identify whre untapped opportunities may exist to reduce costs, increase revenues or improve efficiencies.

Mike Allebach I thought I was the only one who bought up web domains for future projects that I may never get to.
